Editorial policy & corrections
Editorial independence
- Evidence labels and editorial assessments are written before, and independently of, any commercial consideration.
- Commission rates never determine rankings, ratings, or inclusion. The order of products reflects editorial judgment.
- Merchants and brands do not review, approve, or edit our content before publication.
- Gifted products, sponsored testing, and paid placements are disclosed on the page where they occur. We do not publish undisclosed sponsored content.
- We do not buy, fabricate, suppress, or misrepresent reviews.
Updates and review dates
Health-related and commercial pages display their publish date and, where applicable, a last-updated date. Cornerstone and monetized content is rechecked at least annually and sooner when material evidence, safety information, prices, or affiliate programs change.
Corrections
When we get something materially wrong — a claim, a number, a study interpretation, a product spec — we fix the page and add a brief correction note with the date. Minor copy edits (typos, formatting) are made silently.
To report an error, use the contact page and include the page URL. Corrections requests are reviewed within a reasonable time and honest ones are genuinely welcome — they make the site better.
What we will not publish
- Disease-treatment, cure, or prevention promises for supplements or wellness devices.
- Dosage protocols or condition-specific supplement guidance without qualified expert review.
- Manufacturer benefit language pasted into editorial copy.
- Fake scarcity, countdown timers, unverified list-price comparisons, or imported ratings presented as our own reviews.
