Privacy policy

The short version
- We collect the minimum needed to run an editorial website: newsletter email addresses you give us, contact-form messages, and privacy-respecting aggregate analytics.
- We do not collect health records, diagnoses, biomarker data, or any sensitive health information — and we do not infer health conditions from your reading or clicks.
- We do not sell personal information.
What we collect
- Newsletter and lead-magnet signups: your email address, the page you signed up from, and the interest topic you chose. Used only to send what you asked for. Unsubscribe links are in every email.
- Contact form: the message and reply address you provide, kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain records.
- Analytics: aggregate usage events (page views, affiliate-link clicks, audio-tool starts, searches). These measure what content is useful; they are not used to build individual health profiles.
- Affiliate networks: when you click a partner link, the merchant and its network set their own cookies to attribute the sale under their own privacy policies. That processing happens on their domains, not ours.
Cookies and consent
Where required by applicable law, we present a consent notice before setting non-essential cookies, and analytics runs only after consent.
Retention and deletion
Newsletter data is kept while your subscription is active. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time via the contact page, and we honor applicable legal rights (including GDPR and CCPA rights where they apply).
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
