Clinical Trials & Biomarkers

Trial listings and lab numbers are signals to organize and question — not automatic enrollment advice or diagnosis.

Reading a trial listing

  • What phase is it, and what outcome is primary?
  • Who is included and excluded — not just the condition name?
  • Is the sponsor, location, and status current?
  • What would you ask a clinician before contacting a site?

Biomarker humility

  • A number needs context: assay, reference range, trend, and your history.
  • Wearables estimate; lab panels still need clinical interpretation.
  • Track questions and dates in the private vault — not in public pages.
